bella cosa. I comandi ci sono tutti , dall'equalizzatore a 5 bande
, ad infinite entrate XLR - RCA - PRE - Finale in - insomma tutto.

tutto dietro a questo bestione , due entrate XLR e rca per il Cd1 e DVD
1 - oltre ad infinite entrate e anche la possibilità di usarlo sia come
pre che come finale.
Questa ultima serie di ampli McIntosh ha perso quella enfasi nel
basso , tutta l'ultima seria con il 252 e i 501 suonano davvero bene
bene bene e lasciate perdere il detto che il MC sono solamente belli
, vi assicuro, provare per credere. Altra considerazione e l'erogazione
di potenza , non fatevi spaventare , non un mostro !!! ha una erogazione
molto dolce , per far salire le famose lancette verso i 250 watt
bisogna davvero far girare la manopola di parecchio e anche arrivati a
quella potenza l'erogazione e talmente corretta e frenata che e un
piacere ascoltare.

la parte di recensione fatta da Marco sul modello 6900 che ha scritto:
Inserito nei vari impianti che ho avuto il piacere di vedere, ascoltare
e anche progettare, posso dire questo: non aspettatevi enfasi di alcun
tipo, questa macchina non vi dà nulla di più, né toglie niente di più.
Tutto è analiticamente riprodotto esattamente come è, il che mi rendo
conto, che per molti audiofili, potrà anche essere un difetto, ma questa
è la realtà.
Ottime appaiono la ricostruzione della scena acustica,il fronte sonoro,
la focalizzazione e la tridimensionalità.
La
capacità radiografante di questo apparecchio è disarmante, perfino
fastidiosa, là dove altri ampli ci regalano qualcosa in più, travisando
la realtà. La potenza, enorme, e a dispetto di ciò, le caratteristiche
timbriche si addicono tranquillamente a diffusori veloci, aperti,
efficienti…
il suono è davvero dolce per essere un amplificatore cosi potente ,
ben 250 watt , con bassi presenti, profondi e ben controllati, medi in
primo piano, ma mai aspri e alti cristallini, limpidi e puliti.
